CHRIS Kids Hosts Reception for Commissioner Albert Murray
CHRIS Kids hosted a Child Welfare League of America (CWLA) reception for the new Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice, Albert Murray, at the 191 Club on Monday, September 27, 2004. Kathy Colbenson, CEO of CHRIS Kids, is the Chair of the Juvenile Justice Advisory Committee of the CWLA, and worked with CWLA staff on the reception. Other CWLA member organizations in Georgia were invited to help sponsor the event.

At the event, attendees had an opportunity to meet with Commissioner Murray and his key staff leadership, as well as the newly-appointed Director of the CWLA Southern Region, Pat Wilson, and George Hattaway, Governmental Consultant for CWLA.
